The primary objective of this project was to enhance the user experience, with a specific focus on optimizing the user flow regarding the bidding process while ensuring minimal deviation from the existing website.

Usability testing along with 1-on-1 Interviews were conducted as primary research with 6 participants, all of whom were between the age range of 18 - 42 with a 5:1 male to female split.

User Flow
The proposed user flow outlines the journey of a first-time buyer who is not registered, with the primary goal of placing a bid on a specific item.
